I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned HR-V Sport for my daughter from Honda of New Rochelle, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful experience we had. A special thank you to Chris for being such a patient, knowledgeable, and informative salesperson. From the moment I walked through the door, Chris was nothing but respectful, helpful, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me feel confident in my decision to purchase my daughter’s first car. What impressed me most was that Chris even followed up with us afterward to make sure we were still happy and satisfied with our purchase. That kind of customer service truly stands out! I recently bought a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport L 🚗 and Edgar Quezada made the whole experience awesome. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured he just listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect fit. I had an excellent experience at Honda of New Rochelle. From the moment I arrived, Crystal Ortiz was friendly, professional, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to help us! Her and Roberto provided outstanding customer service. My wife and I felt valued as a customer. We also recieved help from Olecia, which was great as well. She was thoughtful, had great customer service and recommended plans that fit us. I highly recommend Honda of New Rochelle to anyone looking for staff that genuinely cares about its customers. Thanks again Crystal Olecia, and Roberto!!!

Really liked our new car! Took it on a recent trip to Canada over the weekend! Spacious, roomy but wish I did not feel each pothole on our trip! The team there were ok. The finance lady was very good and knew her stuff! Crystal, the sales woman was very polite and kept us informed of the delays because they were busy when we came to sign for the car. My recommendation that staff there should know their cars in and out before selling them and be knowledgeable! That will inspire trust and confidence! Management should provide training and staff should also take initiative and learn their products!

We visited Honda of New Rochelle looking for a new car and we walked away beyond satisfied. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming which made our experience so smooth and enjoyable! Our sales representative Gerson was amazing he was very knowledgeable and took great care of my mom and I and making the entire process very easy!! Sonjay and Robert were also great very kind and helpful as well and had nothing but positive energy throughout everything. If you’re looking into buying a new car 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend coming here!!
